Senior Show Poster

This poster was designed to advertise and promote the senior art and design students along with upcoming events at Point Loma Nazarene. The challenge behind the design was creating a poster that stood out, but would still clearly communicate the events.  Furthermore, I sought to use a unique approach that would separate me as a designer from my fellow classmates. The concept behind my design is using the main symbol of a shotgun shell being fired to portray excitement, projection, explosiveness, and launching forward. My design is meant to grab the viewer’s attention with the the shotgun shell as the main focus and then provide the viewer with information regarding the art and design department and upcoming events.
